Aging is natural,
abuse is not.

Who we are

OCAPS, the nation’s longest continuous state elder abuse network, has accomplished much throughout the years, thanks to a shared and committed vision of a world without older adult maltreatment.

Activities include: hosting the OCAPS Annual Conference; offering engaging, educational programs for victims and the general public; informing OCAPS members through updates and newsletters; providing technical assistance to local agencies; as well as advocating for more funding and legislative changes to reach our vision through testimony, letter writing campaigns, and meeting with elected and appointed officials.
